
Massage day tips
Plan ahead for downtown parking and construction. Give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to arrive on time.
Stay well hydrated after your massage. Spring water and/or electrolytes recommended. This will help with any soreness.
Light stretching and/or bath after your massage to maximize massage benefits. (CBD single soaks available in the studio.)
Avoid alcohol the day before, of and after your massage. Alcohol can dehydrate and weaken the immune system. Therefore canceling out benefits of the massage.
